Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. -Handling calls, collecting and updating the database
1)Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
2) Customer service executive (CSE) – Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
3) Customer service email chat process
Fresher Salary – upto 18 to 20k
Experience Salary – upto 28 to 40k
Qualification:
10th, 12th, Graduate
Required Experience:
Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
