2) US-IT-Recruiting,
3) UK Recruiting.
1) Domestic Recruiting means : It means you have to work for only india level, you need to seek required candidates for job description which is provided by your Team leader, Duty timings for this Domestic recruitment will be Usually from 9;30 AM TO 6:00 PM, male and female candidates can do this jobs , Educational qualification Required to do this job is minimum Graduation, You should be good at English,Hindi languages or else you should at least manage with the jobseaker. for this jobs you,ll get very less amount of salary because it is india level job.salary will be for fresher Rs 8,000-Approximately if you have 1year of experience youll get 14,000 salary Approximately , if you gain good experience you can work from home also. you need to attend the office at the time of client visit.
2) US-IT-Recruiting Means: This is the main thing everyone has to know about this process,it is mainly for America,Cananda . We have to seek job seekers to work for american Clients.Duty timing for this process is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.,why because we are working in american time zone.In this process youll get more salary for freshers initially they will pay you 13,000PM. even for placement youll get incentives based on dollar margin.if you make 4 placements in a month you earn incentives more than youll salary.educational qualification required to do this job is Any Degree,Btech Preferable.You should be good at English. and in technologies like .NET,C++,JAVA ,Android Etc..(No need to worry you get command during training period) if you gain one year of experience ypull get 30,000 per month.male and female can apply for this position.youll get cab facility for for pickup and drop ..it is 5 Days Working Job in a week there will be no office on saturday and sunday
3) UK Recruiting Means: This process is for United Kingdom.here we have to seek jobers for uk clients,Office hours will be from afternoon 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM here also there will be two days off in a week,youll get good amount of salaries here also but there will be no much jobs in this time zone.most of the companies provide cab for female employees..
4) NOTE******
In Domestic Process there will be 6 Days working In a week. No Cab Facility will be there because it is domestic. For all three process
1) If you want to do these jobs you need to be a graduate and you should be good at english.
